Placement fee option: talent pay a one-time placement fee (20% of their first booking's pay, capped at $75). Brands may opt to cover that fee themselves, so the talent pays nothing. Just tell us in your brief.
Talent privacy: we share talent headshots and role-relevant details (market, look, age range, height, general location, skills) under a stage name and Open Call ID. Talent real names, email, phone, address and date of birth are never shared; all contact goes through Open Call, and contact details are released only with the talent's express permission for a specific booking.
